By bus

    From Bydgoszcz, one can get directly to Gdańsk, Warsaw, Poznań, Wrocław and Łódź. Ticket offices at the modernised PKS bus station in Jagiellońska Street are open on weekdays from 7.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., and at weekends from 10.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. After these hours, one can get a ticket from a bus driver.

Note: If one changes from a bus to a train in the city, it has to be remembered that the bus and railway stations are located in distant parts of the city centre. It takes about 20 minutes to get from one place to the other. One can get to the PKS bus station by buses no. 80 and 32N, and by trams no. 2,3,4, 5, 6 and 8.
