An old office-residentialvilla, built in the style of historicism, with predominating neo-baroque architecture.In the past it housed the biggest steampowered tannery (4) in the city, founded in1863 by Ludwig Buchholz on the bend of the River Brda in Garbary Street, which was still operating in the 1980’s.
