Rother's Mills
Description
Rother’s Mills is a unique object on the city map. It’s history dates back to the 1st half of 19th century. This building complex located in the very heart of the city, on the Mill Island was once an industrial facility.
Currently, the Mills are the headquarters of newly established institution of culture. Despite the ongoing construction works, both the team and the offer are still under development, the Mills are already operational. Conferences, concerts, exhibitions, festivals, meetings and workshops are held there.
Ultimately, the Mills will house both permanent and temporary exhibitions as wells as conference spaces, co-working rooms, the Fablab technical workshop, as well as culinary and educational laboratories with a popular science laboratory. There will also be a culinary offer with bistro, restaurant and cafe.
The location in the central point of the Old Town is a guaranty of access to a wide gastronomic offer and the proximity of hotels. The charm of the Mill Island surrounded by water and impressive, industrial interiors provide guests with unforgettable impressions and memories.
