A new solar water tram ‘’Słonecznik 2” (Sunflower 2)...

...will start operating along the Brda River on August 12. From mid-August we will also increase the number of routes available for inhabitants and tourists.

Three lines of the Water Tram will operate in Bydgoszcz. ‘’Słonecznik 1’’ will operate on the first of them - the line ‘’Słoneczna’’ ("Sunny"). The start of the route was set at Rybi Rynek (Fish Market) and the last stop at Tesco supermarket. One ticket, however, will cover the journey back to Rybi Rynek as well.

The second route – ‘’Staromiejska’’ (‘’The Old Town’’) - will be get a new vessel ‘’Słonecznik 2’’ (‘’Sunflower 2’’). It will run between Rybi Rynek and the Astoria swimming-pool.

A cruise along the last route ’’Szlakiem śluz’’(‘’Along the locks”) - there and back - will take two hours. It will start again at Fish Market where it will launch towards Jachcice and Okole districts up to ‘’Gwiazda’’ stadium. The third line will allow passengers see most of the city from the deck of the historic vessel called ‘’Bydgoszcz’’.

The exact timetables will be soon announced on the Internet and at all stops of the water tram. Ticket prices: 2.60 zł per adult and 1.30 zł discount.
